Customer status
- Copies of identity cards must be attached to a large envelope;
- The person who pays for the analysis is automatically considered a customer;
- The documents must be clearly filled out and confirmed by the customer's signature;
- The date of registration and personal signatures must be noted in the documents
(if the child is under 18, the mother's signature);
- The customer can get the result (1 copy) in paper form;
- The result (1 copy) can be sent to the contact number or e-mail address specified by the customer.
